Cyclist suffers life-threatening injuries in Telford road incident

A 32-year-old cyclist has been taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries following an incident on his bike in Telford.

The incident happened near the traffic lights between Hadley Learning Community and Waterloo Close

West Mercia Police said the incident happened at around 12.21pm on Monday in Waterloo Road, Hadley, near the traffic lights between Hadley Learning Community and Waterloo Close.

It is not known whether the male cyclist fell from the bike or was hit by a vehicle. Officers are carrying out enquiries.
