Person freed after getting stuck in Telford hotel lift
Firefighters were called to the rescue after someone got stuck in a lift in a Telford hotel early on Sunday morning.
Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) said it was called to the Mercure Hotel, in Forge Gate, around 5.10am.
A fire crew from Telford Central used a set of lift keys to release the trapped occupant of the lift around 20 minutes later.
