Fundraiser for funeral of Telford man shot dead in Birmingham
The sister of a Telford man shot dead in Birmingham is part of a group planning to climb Snowdon to raise funds for his funeral costs.

Tyrone Dorsett, aged 20 and from Priorslee, was shot dead in Birmingham on April 15, near to Birmingham City Football Club’s St Andrew’s stadium.
Police launched a murder investigation and last month confirmed three men had been arrested on suspicion of perverting the course of justice.
His sister is one of about half a dozen people embarking on the sponsored climb in Wales tomorrow.
Among those taking part is her friend Amy Packwood, 22, of Waters Upton, near Telford.
The teaching assistant said: “I suggested it and she thought it was a good idea.
“I didn’t know him particularly well. I feel for my friend. I thought we could do this to raise some money to pay for the funeral.
“We want to keep Ty’s murder in the public eye as his murderer is still yet to be caught.
“It’s just awful. It shouldn’t happen.
“He had only been 20 for a couple of weeks.”
The group have launched an online fundraising page and are hoping to raise as much as they can.
A date has not yet been set for Mr Dorsett’s funeral.
Speaking about the challenge, Amy said: “I’ve been doing a bit of walking.
“I’ve done half of it before.
“I did it as a school trip. We took the kids up there.
“We couldn’t make it to the top because it was really raining. We have more of a reason to get there this time.”
When he died scores of people took to social media to pay tribute.
Caroline Buchanan said: “Rest in peace Tyrone. Such a well-mannered, polite young man and one of the dinner ladies’ favourites.
“Condolences to your family.”
Liane Pearl wrote: “Rip Ty. So very sorry - you were far too young to die.”
