Man suffers burns in Telford shed fire
A man suffered burns today when a shed caught fire at a Telford house.
The incident happened in Muxton, at about 12.20pm and involved a number of outbuildings and greenhouse in the rear garden.
Claire Brown, of West Midlands Ambulance Service, said: "We have taken one patient to the Princess Royal Hospital with burns. We were called by the fire service at 12.45pm."
Firefighters from Wellington and Telford Central fire stations attended the scene along with an investigations officer. The team used breathing gear and hose reel to tackle the flames and smoke.
The crews gave first aid to the man before the paramedics arrived at the scene.
