Shoe thief pleads guilty to taking five pairs worth nearly £300

A man who stole five pairs of shoes with a total value of £299.95 found he could not walk away from the law.

Tomasz Romanko, aged 43, of Hampton Gardens, Leominster, pleaded guilty to stealing from TK Maxx in Hereford on Wednesday November 29, 2023 when he appeared at Hereford Magistrates Court.
