Kirstie Louise Roberts, 29, made the call on October 11 last year.

She had taken the tablets before ringing the 111, the NHS medical hotline, and telling the call handler she did not know what to do, and that she did not want to die.

However Miss Roberts, a pharmacy dispenser, died shortly afterwards.

During an inquest at Shirehall on Wednesday coroner John Ellery said he had to consider whether she had intended to take her own life.

After considering other avenues, he recorded a conclusion of suicide.

Tragically

Mr Ellery said: “Whatever she in tended to do, she changed her mind.

“She must have known what the outcome would be, tragically she changed her mind but it was too late.”

Miss Roberts' brother Luke and her mother, Michelle Jones, said her death had come as a complete shock and she would be sorely missed.

They said: “She was very popular and was a fun-loving party girl.

“She always had time for everyone and was always interested in what you were doing.

“She was loving, and it has come as a shock and she will be sorely missed by her family and everyone.”
