Woman with 'excessive swelling' turns up at Shropshire fire station to get her rings cut off
It was definitely a case of ring for help after a woman needed the fire service to cut two rings off her fingers.
Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service said that the woman had gone to Wem Fire Station for help at around 11.30pm yesterday.
An update said that she had needed two rings cutting off the fingers on her left hand due to "excessive swelling".
