Man caught with replica pistol in Shrewsbury town centre fined £80
A man caught with a replica gun in a Shropshire town centre has been fined £80.

Christian Bennett, aged 47, was caught in Shrewsbury town centre with a black imitation pistol on October 11, 2021.
Bennett, of Wessenden Bank East, Stockport, pleaded guilty at Telford Magistrates Court to possession of an imitation firearm in a public place.
He was fined, and the forfeiture and destruction of the gun was also ordered.
