Market Drayton man who smashed window and breached non-molestation order must pay £200 compensation
A man who smashed a window - breaking a court order in the process - has been ordered to pay compensation.
Robert Burton, aged 35, smashed the window at a woman's house in Market Drayton on January 29 this year.
Burton, of Shrewsbury Road, Market Drayton, pleaded guilty at Kidderminster Magistrates Court to one count of criminal damage and one count of breaching a non-molestation order.
District Judge Steven Jonas handed Burton a 12-month conditional discharge, ordered him to pay £200 in compensation and to carry out 60 hours of unpaid work.
