Woman wakes up in woods with no memory of getting there
Witnesses are being sought after a woman woke up in woods with no idea how she got there.
Police have said that the 39-year-old woman had left a property in Arleston, Telford, between 7.30am and 8am on Wednesday.
A short time later she woke to find herself in woodland, opposite Bayley Road.
Police say the woman has no recollection of how she came to be in the woodland and had not suffered any obvious injuries.
Officers are now trying to find out what happened.
Detective Inspector Billy Scott said: "We're keen to speak to anyone who may have been in or around Bayley Road yesterday morning as they may have seen or heard something that could help in our enquiries to establish what happened."
Police said they will be searching the local area and that local residents will see an increased police presence as a result.
