Archie Spriggs: Trial date set for woman accused of son's murder

The trial date is set for a Shropshire woman accused of murdering her seven-year-old son.

Lesley Speed, 44, right, is charged with the murder of Archie Spriggs

Lesley Speed appeared at Stafford Crown Court by prison video link this morning.

She is charged with the murder of the schoolboy Archie Spriggs who was found at a property, in Rushbury Road, on Wall under Heywood near Church Stretton on September 21.
