Man attacked on Telford estate in 'stable' condition

Kyle Vincent Ratcliff, aged 26, is accused of hitting Arthras Orefkinas with a spirit level during an alleged incident on Saturday resulting in serious head injuries.

The 35-year-old is being treated at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, in Birmingham, where his condition has been described as 'stable'.

Ratcliff was charged with an offence of wounding when he appeared at Telford Magistrates Court on Monday in relation to the incident that happened at an address, in Blakemore, Brookside.
