A man who suffered a fractured skull during an incident in Telford is being described as 'stable'.

The 35-year-old is being treated at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, in Birmingham, where his condition has been described as 'stable'.
Ratcliff was charged with an offence of wounding when he appeared at Telford Magistrates Court on Monday in relation to the incident that happened at an address, in Blakemore, Brookside.
