Kimberley 'Kim' Russell, aged 27, was formally identified yesterday.

She was found in her home in Blakemore, Brookside, Telford on Monday after police received a call from a concerned member of the public. Police forced the door and made the discovery.

Miss Russell, who has two young boys, Bradley, eight, and Macauley, 11 months, was expecting a baby daughter.

Bradley's father Paul Steventon today paid tribute to Miss Russell, saying she was 'outgoing, loving and well liked'. A Facebook page set up in her memory has more than 700 likes.

A magistrate yesterday granted police more time to question a 33-year-old man arrested on suspicion of her murder. A post-mortem was inconclusive and further tests are being carried out to establish a cause of death.

Detective Inspector Steve Tonks, the senior investigating officer, said: "I would once again like to take this opportunity to ask local people to come forward with any information they have that could help the investigating team.

"Every piece of information, no matter how small or insignificant it seems on the surface, is very important to us.

"We are particularly keen to hear from anyone who can offer us information that can help us piece together Kim's movements in the days leading up to her death, or anything relating to her home address on Blakemore that could be of interest to us."

Anyone with information should contact the police on 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
