Thief, 43, stole phone and used someone else's bank card to buy goods from Polish shop
A man who stole someone’s phone and bank cards has been ordered to pay compensation.
Shevan Taha, aged 43, stole the items in Market Square, Wellington, Telford and used the card to pay for £21.99 worth of goods from the nearby Caspar Polish food shop.
