Telford woman denies fraud relating to £120,000 investment
A Telford woman has appeared in court charged with fraud.
Nicola Mascaro, 44, appeared at Shrewsbury Crown Court on Wednesday (July 16) where she was told she faces one offence under the Fraud Act 2006, relating to a £120,000 capital investment by another person.
It is alleged that Mascaro made a "false representation" to the person who made the investment.
