Man accused of murdering an inmate at a Shropshire prison appears in court
A man accused of murdering an inmate at a Shropshire prison has appeared at court.
Jonathan Alcide, 35, and of HMP Stoke Heath, appeared before Telford Magistrates Court this morning (Thursday, July 3).
During the hearing the charge was put to Alcide, although he was told he would not yet be required to enter any plea, and the case would be sent directly to crown court.
