Telford man who spat at policeman and smashed homeless charity's window ordered to pay fine and compensation
A man who smashed a window at a homelessness charity's site and spat at a policeman has been ordered to pay a fine and compensation.
Caine Heighway, aged 23, damaged the window at Maninplace in Dawley on June 14 last year.
Telford Magistrates Court was told that Heighway punched the window and then threw an object at it.
