Whitchurch man accused of 1980s child sex offence will stand trial in 2026
A Shropshire man accused of a historic sex offence has pleaded not guilty and will go on trial in 2026 - 40 years after the offence allegedly took place.
Robinson Bruno, now aged 67, has denied committing gross indecency with a girl in the 1980s.
The charge relates to a period between 1982 and 1986 when the alleged victim was under the age of 16 and Bruno was in his 20s.
