Fire crews rushed to chimney blaze near Oswestry
Fire crews used chimney rods and water to put out a chimney fire at a house near Oswestry.
Two fire appliances were mobilised from Ellesmere and Oswestry to Tefonen at 9.46pm on Thursday.
A spokesperson for Shropshire Fire & Rescue Service said: “This incident was found to be a chimney fire, crews have extinguished using chimney rods and water.”
They sent their stop message at 11.05pm.
