Cocaine dealer caught on M54 avoids jail but 'won't be given another chance'
A cocaine dealer caught after he was pulled over in a car with a friend on the M54, has avoided a two-year prison sentence but has been warned he'll face jail if he appears in court again.
Desart Gjolla, aged 41, from Nuneaton was pulled over in a car being driven by a friend on April 3.
After finding two bags of cocaine on Gjolla's person, police raided his home address and found more than 60 grams of the Class A drug, along with scales, bags and other paraphernalia related to dealing, Shrewsbury Crown Court heard on Friday.
Mr David Jackson, prosecuting, said the drugs were estimated to have a value between £1,400 to £5,600, depending on how it was sold.
However, he conceded that Gjolla's dealing appeared to be supplying friends to feed his own habit.
