PC Rob Hughes, of the Safer Neighbourhood Team in Hadley and Leegomery, said: “After driving the entire length of the A442 Eastern Primary, in the right hand lane, without a seatbelt, this Clio driver was stopped, at a safe location, in Sutton Hill.”
