It’s worth finding out if you qualify for these Cost of Living Payments and what you could get.

Millions of low income families will receive a £300 cost of living payment directly from the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) between 31 October 31 and 19 November 19.

It will be the second of three payments, eventually totalling £900, and will be received by about eight million families on means-tested benefits.

If you’re on a low income and on means-tested benefits, the money is automatically put in your bank, building society or credit union account.
