Stolen car found burnt out in Shropshire woods

A stolen truck has been found burnt out in Shropshire woodland.

Police say it was reported dumped and burnt out in Grinshill Wood near Wem on January 12.

The owner of the white pick-up truck reported the vehicle stolen on January 9 from the Preston Brockhurst area.

North Shropshire Safer Neighbourhood Team said: "Officers are aware and have been to the scene but there is nothing of forensic value so the owner has been advised to contact their insurance company regards recovery of what is left."
