Staff at Shropshire's land registry office will hold a two-day strike from tomorrow over plans to sell off the agency and cut jobs.

Members of the Public and Commercial Services union will picket outside the office in Hall Park Way, Telford between 7am and 9.30am on Wednesday and Thursday.
The two-day walk out among the union's 112 members in the office will be part of action in 14 locations in England and Wales.
Land Registry staff could face compulsory redundancies and office closures as the Government lines up the agency for privatisation.
At the same time, the agency is pressing ahead with plans to privatise the handling of incoming mail and data, threatening 300 jobs.
