A specialist Apple computers store is set to open in Shrewsbury's Darwin Shopping Centre this Easter, centre bosses said today.
AT Computers Ltd re-sells Apple products such as iPads and iPods, as well as offering hands-on demonstrations and expert advice in store.
It is not yet known how many jobs will be created by the move.
David Rodger, director at Jones Lang La Salle, which was appointed as managing agent of The Charles Darwin, Pride Hill and Riverside Shopping Centres last year, said it was a "massive coup" for the town.
He said AT had signed a lease last week and would be trading from the former Calendar Club store.
Mr Rodger said: "The contract has now exchanged with AT Computers which will be trading as an Apple re-seller and will hopefully be open by Easter this year.
"It will be selling Apple products and also giving demonstration's and advice. It will be a very modern store."
