Letter: Show is just for well-off

Letter: I would have liked to attend this year's Shrewsbury Flower Show. However, the show organisers seemed to have had a lapse of memory or do not care that we are in a global recession.

I could not have justified having paid £19 for an adult ticket to have been admitted between 10am and 2pm or £16 after 2pm.

The show, in my personal opinion, is mainly for tourists and for the "well-off" people of Shrewsbury who can easily afford to pay these admission charges.
