Gang attack victim improving

A man who was left fighting for his life after a gang of men attacked him outside his Telford home was making an improvement, police revealed today.

An attempted murder investigation was launched after the 29-year-old man was discovered on the pavement in Urban Gardens, Wellington, three weeks ago.

He has remained critically ill in hospital with multiple injuries since the three men smashed his car windows and dragged him out of his vehicle.

They then continued beating him until fleeing the scene in the early hours of June 1.
