We must save our schools

Is it that Shropshire County Council is now going to find the data to fit the decision that was made at Shirehall, on December 14, to close some schools with less than four classes?

I attended that meeting and heard a member of the council state there would not be any affect in closing the schools in rural villages! Total rubbish! We would not be in the village if it was not for the school.

Consultation has been totally ignored and may as well be deleted from the policy-making procedures! Where is the joined-up thinking? Who's agenda is this and who is going to really benefit? Certainly not rural communities.
