The Tories are not any better, it is of little use having Parliament full of Eton, Harrow and Oxbridge-educated MPs, who have no experience of working-class life.

My father worked 12 hours a day and rest days just to pay the bills in the 1950s and 60s.

In the early 1970s Ted Heath took us into the Common Market and we have paid over billions of pounds for the pleasure. Since then services have been cut while we are all over-taxed.

We are paying Spain, which is considered poor, and other countries £50 million pounds per day, £80 billion per year and we have a trade deficit of £66 million.

There has never been an audit of where the money goes because accountants will not sign off an audit.

It has just been announced that Rolls-Royce Aero Engines is moving its research and development to Germany, because the Germans will pay more for it to set up the facilities than this Labour Government.

It is no wonder that I see more men on supermarket checkout tills, with no other work for them.

Governments do not care or know what life is like at the bottom, as they increase stealth taxes and petrol has gone up from the last Budget.

If a government was truly patriotic it would have dumped the EU. Other countries are queuing up to join and get free handouts out of our money.
