McFly pull out of county gig
Pop band McFly have pulled out of a gig in Shropshire - citing an "unavoidable conflict" - just weeks after it was announced.

A statement on the band's official website said: "Some exciting Mcfly news - we've just added 15 new shows to our Greatest Hits Tour!
"Sorry about the Telford International Centre date on 12 October - we had an inavoidable conflict and had to delete that one."
The new dates include one at Port Talbot, Wales, on October 11 and Ipswich, Suffolk, on October 15. The band is touring to promote its Greatest Hits So Far album, due for release in November.
It is not known how many tickets for the Telford show had already been sold and the International Centre and Island Records, McFly's record label, were unavailable for comment.
Ticket agency See Tickets, which is selling tickets for the tour, said the Telford show had been cancelled but did not have a reason.
The news comes just a week after the band last performed in Shropshire, having played at the V Festival in Weston Park, near Shifnal, last weekend.
The band, founded by Tom Fletcher after he was rejected by rivals Busted, first found success in 2004.
