The woman who tops the China's rich list, according to Paul Merton (and the BBC), is Ms Zhang Yin.

The Chinese sell lots of stuff packed in paper and buy it back to be recycled into cartons for MacDonalds and the fried chicken people.

Why are the council tax-payers of Shropshire not benefiting from this sort of activity? And if they are, why is the council not telling us about it?

Also, will they tell us what they are doing with the metal drink tins? There are various firms advertising on the internet for people to collect these tins and offering to pay for them.

If the country cannot think of any other way in which to use these sources of revenue, how about giving it to those people we read about with Alzheimer's who the NHS says it cannot afford to pay for?

Not in the same budget! Pah! How about getting some exercises in flexibility.
