TV star Jim performs at pub
Television comedian Jim Tavare will perform at a Telford pub on Tuesday as part of his first UK tour in 15 years.

The Bafta winning funnyman, will be topping the bill at The Crown in Oakengates.
His sardonic stand-up routines, often accompanied by a double bass, were a familiar fixture on late-night television in the 1990s.
He will be previewing his act for the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in August. The show, called From Deadpan to Bedpan, looks at how his life changed following a serious car crash last year.
Tavare, who is the cousin of former England batsmen Chris Tavare, co-wrote and appeared in the Bafta-winning series The Sketch Show, which also starred Lee Mack and Tim Vine.
He now lives in Los Angeles.
He will be supported by Darren Walsh, who was voted Britain's pun champion in a 2014 poll by the Dave TV channel.
Walsh also won the best joke award at the 2015 Edinburgh Fringe, and will be giving a preview of this year's Edinburgh act on Tuesday.
Landlord John Ellis said he was thrilled to have such a big name performing.
"We have a lot of top comedians here, but it is the first time we have had a Bafta winner," he said.
"We have got two Fringe acts performing here in Telford, so it saves the time and hassle of travelling to Edinburgh to see them."
Tickets, which cost £8 if bought by Monday or £10 on the day, are available at the pub in Market Street or through the website www.Ticketstelford.com
The pub, in Market Street, also has its open-mic night on Thursday and a quiz night on Sunday.
