Demi Lovato has shown off her “no more dieting thighs” in a new photograph promoting body confidence.
The singer has shared a picture of herself posing on a swing bed dressed in an oversized black jacket and white ankle boots.
Lovato added the hashtag “#thickthighssavelives”.
In the past she has spoken about the ongoing challenge of recovering from an eating disorder.
Earlier this year Lovato captioned an Instagram photo saying she did not like the way her legs looked but she was trying not to criticise herself.
“Learning to love my body the way it is is challenging but life changing.
“Giving up my eating disorder has been the most challenging journey of my life but I work every day towards solid recovery even if I mess up sometimes.
“Today I’m feeling strong. You all can do it too. It IS possible. Thank you God for this new chapter in my life. #EDrecovery #happyAF”
