It's Chico time at Telford college
X Factor star Chico helped people get fit during a charity event in Shropshire.

Chico Slimani was at fitness party in Telford in aid of three charities yesterday.
The event was held at Telford College of Arts and Technology and people were able to try out a new fitness craze – Block Fit.
Block Fit is an all-in-one fitness brand that fuses dance, combat, hi and low and yoga-inspired moves and meditation. The event, which had a 1980s theme, was held to raise money for Dreams Come True, Beauty with a Purpose and Rainbow Child Foundation.
And organiser Elishah Crutchley said more than 200 people attended.
She said: "Chico was great and was so popular.
"He was really enthusiastic."
