Captain Karl Henry all set for Wolves' air raids
Captain?Karl Henry today urged Wolves to start scoring more from set pieces to make the most of their aerial threat.
Wolves have returned to more direct style of play under new manager Dean Saunders and Roger Johnson's headed equaliser in Friday's 1-1 draw against Blackburn came after a long ball from Jamie O'Hara.
Henry believes Wolves can make more from corners and free kicks, saying: "You have got to play to your strengths.
"Roger Johnson is over six foot tall and can win a lot in the air. It was a great finish from him and a good ball from Jamie O'Hara.
"We have got that in the locker and have got to start scoring more goals from set pieces.
"We need to play winning football and get ourselves up the league by putting a run together."
Henry revealed the enthusiastic Saunders has been a breath of fresh air on the training ground.
The skipper said: "I have loved every minute of it so far.
"The manager is very positive and the message he has is a positive one.
"He's full of energy and it's rubbing off on the players. I'm raring to go for the next game."
Friday's point ended a run of four straight defeats but Wolves, who go to Dave Jones' Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday, have won just one in 10 in front of their own fans.
Henry admitted Wolves must improve their home record to reward their long-suffering supporters.
He said: "Losing games becomes a habit and it's become difficult at home, where we haven't done well enough.
"The fans were great –they have been great all season and we have got to give them something to shout about."
