Ducati reveals Monster 1200 25° Anniversario
Limited-edition motorcycle has been designed to celebrate 25 years of the firm’s popular naked bike

Ducati has lifted the lid on its limited-edition Monster 1200 25° Anniversario.
Just 500 of the celebration models will be built, and all are characterised by an exclusive livery that combines the three colours of the Italian flag.
The Anniversario has been created to celebrate 25 years of Ducati’s popular Monster bike. Since 1993, over 323,000 Monsters have been produced.
Priced at £17,390, the Anniversario packs a long list of standard equipment and styling touches, including a premium seat embroidered with the ‘25’ logo, forged Marchesini wheels and Öhlins steering damping.
The Anniversario also packs plenty of safety equipment too. Three different riding modes – Sport, Touring and Urban – are available alongside Ducati Traction Control and Ducati Quick Shift Up and Down which allows for super-fast gearshifts without using the clutch.
It’s powered by a twin-cylinder motor with 144bhp and 124Nm of torque. Two 330mm Brembo discs are linked with Brembo monobloc calipers at the front to provide immense stopping power, along with a 245mm disc at the rear.
A colour TFT screen relays key information back to the rider, while the main headlight is fitted with a daytime running light system, which makes the motorcycle more visible on the road.
A variety of machined elements have also been included on this limited-edition Ducati, including the mirrors, frame plugs and handlebar end weights. Lightweight carbon-fibre has been used for the keyhole cover, exhaust heat guard and the front and rear mudguards.
