Thief fined after stealing cans of lager from Telford petrol station

A man who stole a crate of beer and damaged a door at a petrol station has been fined.

Jamie Harvey, aged 26, stole eight cans of Stella Artois lager from the Shell garage in Stirchley, Telford.

He also damaged the door on his visit last Friday, February 4.

Harvey, of Tewkesbury Road, Birmingham, pleaded guilty at Kidderminster Magistrates Court to theft and criminal damage.

He was fined £80 and ordered to pay back £11.50 to the garage.
