Roses left in memory of Telford murder victim Lynn McNally

Roses are among flowers laid in memory of stabbing victim Lynn McNally who was found murdered in Telford.

The 46-year-old was found with multiple stab wounds at a property in Mullinder Drive, Ketley Bank, last Wednesday.

And now friends and well wishers have left their tributes, including a bunch of red roses, at the scene in her memory.

They have also been leaving emotional tributes on social media.

Ms McNallys' friend Tara Evans posted on Facebook: "Just took something for Lynn. God bless her soul very upsetting knowing I was so close to her yet I know she would have made the effort for others.

"Her heart was in a good place no fault of her own rest in peace mate x.

"Lynn you made the meaning Bab a name will always think of you when I hear Bab mentioned and so will my kids much love."

Lisha Turner posted: "Loved you Lynn, you had a smile that could brighten a room. God bless, see you in the next life beautiful."

Justine King posted: "Absolutely heartbreaking for the family my thoughts go out to them."

Paul Beddoes, aged 44, also of Mullinder Drive was today due to appear at Shrewsbury Crown Court charged with her murder after magistrates in Telford transferred the case following a brief hearing on Friday.

Superintendent Tom Harding, of West Mercia Police, said that her family were being supported by the force.

He said: "Our thoughts are with Lynn's family and friends after this tragic incident.

"Her next of kin are being supported by specially trained officers, and I'd like to ask that their privacy please be respected at such a difficult time."
