Healthwatch Telford and Wrekin is the independent consumer champion for people who use health and social care services.

The group gathers views and experiences of patients, carers and the public and is now looking into taxi services.

In an appeal, the group said: "We have recently received feedback regarding people’s views and experiences of using local taxi services, and we are keen to explore what is working well and what requires improvements.

"The concerns were mainly from people who have a physical disability and use equipment (e.g. wheelchair or walking frame) and people who have a sight impairment who may have an assistance dog.

"If you or anyone you know has experienced these difficulties, we would really appreciate your comments.

"This is a very short survey which can be completed in minutes and we would be grateful if you would answer a few questions."
