Watch as police cars swoop to make arrest in Shrewsbury town centre incident
A man was arrested and charged with being drunk and disorderly in a public place following an incident in Shrewsbury.

Heyden Penrose, of White Hart, in Shrewsbury, was arrested outside Gala Bingo at Meadow Place around 10.20pm last night .
He was released on bail to appear at Telford Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday July 16.
A part of the incident was captured on a blurry video which showed the lights of two police cars flashing as officers responded.
