Man charged with arson following caravan fire in Telford
A Telford man has appeared in court charged with arson.
Daniel Kowalski, 45, of Steventon Road, Wellington, appeared before Kidderminster Magistrates Court on Saturday.
He is charged with arson, damaging a caravan causing £2,500 worth of damage, on February 1.
