Oswestry man faces crown court trial after denying two voyeurism charges

A 50-year-old Oswestry man has elected to go to trial at crown court after pleading not guilty to two charges of voyeurism.

Gary Francis Cummins, currently of no address, but previously of Middleton Road, in Oswestry, is accused of two charges of observing a person doing a private act - one in Liverpool and the other in Oswestry.

Cummins appeared at Telford Magistrates Court on Tuesday to have the charges put to him.
