At least seven vehicles were broken into, with many understood to have been targeted, during the Chasetown vs Market Drayton Football Club FA Cup match.

A bible, sat navs, ipods and handbags were taken in the spree near Chasetown Football Club's ground in Burntwood on Saturday between 3pm and 5pm.

Staff at the pitch said they were upset, especially as it hadn't happened before.

Stadium Safety Officer Mark Prince said around four or five were broken into at the club. "We are really disappointed this has happened," he said.
