A new Shropshire company says it has come up with a way of taking the uncertainty out of selling a home.
Redhous - a subsidiary of one of the county's longest established businesses Greenhous - operates as a cash buyer and tailors the process to the seller's needs. It means the sale can either be accelerated or slowed.
Redhous buys homes in and around Shropshire, operating to a strict code of practice.
"With the housing market entering into a period of uncertainty, the stress involved in selling, which is already considerable, is likely to increase. We aim to provide a complementary service to that offered by estate agents," said Redhous general manager Sarah Felkin.
Sarah joined Redhous after eight years at the Greenhous Group, in various commercial roles. Before that she worked for an estate agent and as a mortgage advisor.
She is supported by Jenny Dodd, a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, who worked for Knight Frank and Cushman and Wakefield in London.
