Banned driver caught behind wheel of high-powered Audi in Telford gets hefty fine
A banned driver who was caught behind the wheel of a high-powered Audi while in possession of cannabis has been handed a hefty fine.
Przemyslaw Kusmierczuk, aged 36, drove an Audi A4 in West Avenue, Donnington, Telford on October 8 this year.
As well as driving without a licence and while uninsured, he also had a quantity of the class B drug in his possession.
