As part of a major Shropshire Star investigation into the state of the economy as it affects families in our county we want to know about your shopping habits.
The economy is supposed to be on the mend yet food banks are on the rise, and budget stores like Aldi and Lidl, not to mention the pound stores, are stealing a march on the industry's big players.
So how does the cost of living affect you? Have you changed your shopping habits during difficult times - and will you stick with them as the good times return?
When you shop do you chase bargains at a variety of stores or do you stick to one for convenience and to save time?
