Car ends up in field after crash near Ludlow

[gallery] A car ended up in a field after two cars collided on a country road near Ludlow today.

The crash happened on the B4365 close to Culmington, at about 8.30am.

A paramedic in a rapid response vehicle was called, but no injuries were reported.

Richard Ewels, spokesman for West Mercia Police, said: "A Ford Focus ended up in a field a field while a VW Polo remained on the road, which was partially blocked for a short time."

A fire crew from Craven Arms cleared an oil spillage from the road.
