Fire chiefs expected to announce cause of Ludlow fatal fire

Fire chiefs are today expected to announce what sparked a huge blaze which killed a Ludlow pensioner.

Ann Morgan and her dog Bramble were pronounced dead at the scene after flames, thought to have started in the kitchen, engulfed her home in Stanton Drive yesterday.

The fire service has been working with police forensics officers to try to establish the cause of the blaze.
