Failure to answer
Failure by the government to answer questions, recently prompted John Hemming, MP for Yardley, to write to Tony Blair. To quote from his letter: "However, there are frequently situations in which I receive a flawed response, a partial response, an evasive or misleading response or even no real response.
I do believe ministers are acting unlawfully in doing this and these should be considered through judicial review."The fact that a MP has to ask for a judicial review, to get answers from the government is outrageous. This government achieves new depths of undemocratic and unaccountable behaviour.
