Steve Bull: Matt Doherty will add to the Wolves squad
Personally, I’d take Matt Doherty back at Wolves all day long.
He was a great asset to the club, brought some goals, some skill – I think he’s an unbelievable player.
It was probably a mistake for him to leave in the first place, but he had to go chase his dream. It didn’t work out and hopefully he’s coming back and will add to this squad.
We’re a bit threadbare at the moment, so he will definitely bring something to this team.
He ticks a few boxes for Wolves. He’d pop up with goals every season and it makes you wonder why we ever got rid of him?
